hello there.
Thanks for being here. I know your time is valuable so let’s get right to it. You wouldn’t be here unless you wanted to shift something in your life. It may be a mindset, an outlook or your overall experience of life. I’d like to help.
I was in your shoes a few years ago. I had landed what I thought was my “dream job” and I still wasn’t happy. I had moved to a new city with lots of sunshine because I had thought that would do the trick. But as Jon Kabat Zinn’s book title says… Wherever you go, there you are.
I realized there were things in my life that I wanted more of: connection, fulfillment, growth and trust in myself. I wanted to figure out how to use my brain to be happy. I could finally see that I have agency and I could shift my mindset.
But I couldn’t do it alone. Coaching helped me to see my blind spots, to make connections and have insights that I believe I wouldn’t have had otherwise. Coaching supported me in putting practices in place so that I could make lasting change. And coaching is what brought me to mindfulness.
My mindfulness practice is an integral part of my life now. In fact, there isn’t separation between my life and my practice now. And it’s my practice that supports me in my coaching, in my relationships and in my very beingness.
I’d love to hear from you and see how coaching + mindfulness can support you.
What I Value
-
It all begins with a willingness to look. I, myself, have used coaching to create positive change in my life and my practice is an ongoing reminder to stay open to all life has to teach us.
-
I want to show up as myself – unapologetically – as much as I can. And it’s a practice! Knowing that I am enough exactly as I am in this moment takes a cultivation of self compassion and self love.
-
Connection comes when there is trust. From the beginning of our relationship I let you know that I value confidentiality, I value your time and I value your inner wisdom. I’m wiling to share my own experiences and, at the same time, I keep our focus on why you are here.
-
When we can be curious – about ourselves and about others – we can come from a space of non-judgment. I am a lifelong learner … and there’s always more to learn.
-
Love is what it’s all about! I create a space of love and acceptance so you can show up authentically and vulnerably. I truly care about my clients.
“You can’t make radical changes in the pattern of your life until you begin to see yourself exactly as you are now.”
